Which services you're interested in purchasing

Reference imagery

Basic information (race, class, gender, age, etc)

Short description of physical appearance and personality traits

Any other information like desired mood or lighting (anything and everything is useful!)

If you're a group, please designate 1 representative for me to communicate with during the commission process

I will send updates throughout the commission process (sketches, black and white values, color schemes, rendering) where a maximum of 5 revisions may be requested for each phase until rendering

Upon reaching the rendering phase, only minor revision requests are accepted without additional costs

Requests for major revisions (lighting, posing, expressions, major design choices, etc.) during or after the rendering stage will be an additional cost (to be paid upfront), and the commission is subject to a new delivery date based on complexity

I will send a low resolution and watermarked preview of the final rendered product for approval. Once approved and the commission is paid in full, I will send the final delivery of high resolution images.

Final delivery is via a Dropbox link containing either PNG, JPG, and/or WEBP file formats

Dropbox links will expire after 1 week from delivery

Payment is through Paypal only

A down-payment of 50% is paid upfront, and the remaining 50% will be requested when the final product is ready for delivery

Full payment upfront is also accepted

The first 50 clients that commission me will receive 2 referral coupon codes, 1 for the client and 1 for someone they refer me to (returning clients do not receive an additional referral coupon, and coupon codes are given after final delivery + payment)

Full-refunds can be provided if work has not yet been started on your commission, or if I am unable to deliver your commission

If work has been started on your commission up to the sketching phase, then a 25% fee will be deducted from your refund

There are no refunds after the sketching phase unless I am unable to deliver your commission

I have the right to cancel and not complete a commission should any of the Terms and Conditions be broken, in which case the down-payment is not refunded

I retain the right to post commissioned work on social media and my website, but I will always ask if I may tag you in my posts or leave it anonymous

If you commission me and post the artwork, please credit me either by name, social media handle (@jalenelu), or website

None of my work contains generative AI

I do not give permission for any of my work/commissions to be used for the purposes of training generative AI or other machine learning

Doing so without my consent is a violation of copyright law and I have every right to pursue legal action
